2. What Data We Collect
We process only the data strictly necessary to provide our services:
- Contact data: name, email address, phone number — when you request a quote or place an order.
- Project data: 3D files, technical drawings, specifications — to produce your parts. Handled under NDA when requested.
- Analytics data: anonymized usage statistics via Google Analytics (see Section 6).
3. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Art. 6(1)(b): Processing necessary for performance of a contract (manufacturing service).
- Art. 6(1)(f): Legitimate interest in website analytics and security.
- Art. 6(1)(a): Consent for non-essential cookies (analytics).
4. Confidentiality & NDA
When an NDA is in place, all project files, communications, and produced parts are handled under strict confidentiality. Project data under NDA is stored in encrypted form and permanently deleted upon project completion and warranty expiration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Data Retention
Contact and order data is retained for 3 years after project completion for warranty and tax purposes, then permanently deleted. Project files under NDA are deleted per the NDA terms. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD)

7. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics cookies are only set after you consent via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.
8. Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts: Loaded from Google's CDN. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: Hosting and CDN. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption, encrypted file storage for NDA projects, access controls, and regular security reviews.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top with an updated date.
