Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the 3D-Prints by Mathias website (printsbymathias.be.eu.org) and manufacturing services provided by 3D-Prints by Mathias, Roeselare 8800, Belgium.

2. Services

We provide additive manufacturing services including: FDM printing (PA, PA6, FDM, and other materials), resin printing (SLA/DLP), 3D modeling & design, emergency repair parts, on-site support, and NDA-protected manufacturing.

3. Quotes & Orders

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Production begins only after explicit written or email approval of the quoted price and timeline.
• Material specifications, tolerances, and quantities are confirmed before production.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

• All projects can be covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement upon request.
• NDA terms are agreed in writing before any files are shared.
• Without an NDA, we still treat all customer files and designs as confidential by default — we never share, publish, or reuse customer designs.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of your designs, files, and intellectual property.
• We claim no rights over customer-provided 3D models or produced parts.
• Designs created by us for you are transferred to you upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality & Tolerances

• FDM parts are produced to standard FDM tolerances (±0.3mm) unless tighter tolerances are agreed.
• Material certifications available for PA/PA6/FDM upon request.
• If a part does not meet agreed specifications, we reprint at no additional cost.

7. Emergency Services

• Emergency/same-day turnaround is subject to availability and may carry a surcharge.
• Emergency orders are confirmed via email or phone before production begins.

8. Liability

• Parts are produced to customer specifications. We are not liable for design flaws in customer-provided files.
• Our total liability is limited to the order value.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including production downtime.

9. Payment

• Payment terms: upon delivery or as agreed per order.
• For first-time orders or large orders, prepayment may be required.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium. For consumers: mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
